Hot Queso. – To make this delicious cheese dip, you’re going to need one diced onion, two minced garlic cloves, two 10-ounce cans of tomatoes and green chiles, three-quarters of a cup of milk, half a teaspoon of ground cumin, half a teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper, two pounds of white American delic cheese, and corn chips. Put everything (but the corn chips, which is what you’ll serve to eat the dip with) in a slow cooker, and let it cook on low for three hours, stirring every hour or so.

Spicy Guacamole Dip. – Fresh guacamole dips are one of the best dishes you can serve at a party, and if you turn the heat up, they can make some really great spicy appetizers. To make a hot guacamole, you’ll need two pitted avocados, half a red onion, one jalapeno, half a bunch of coarsely chopped cilantro, one lime’s worth of juice, some kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mash the avocado with a fork, and add the other ingredients. Stir until they’re well combined, and served.

Jalapeno Popper Spread. – Get two 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, one cup mayonnaise, a 4-ounce can of chopped green chilies, 2-ounces of canned diced jalapeno peppers, and one cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir the cream cheese and mayo together. Then, drain the cans of peppers, and add them in. Stir, and sprinkle Parmesan over it. Microwave it for about three minutes, and serve.
